Honestly, if they were going to gender swap AND use Lucy Liu, they should have made her Sherlock. She’s got that stone-faced-and-such-a-bitch-but-sometimes-when-she-smiles-it’s-so-pretty thing going on that would work. She’s NOT a fuzzy, likeable John.
